The Quality Improvement Manager supports the organization's
mission to continuously improve the quality and service of care.
Develops, implements, monitors and reports on the activities
of the PediPathways’ Quality Improvement Program. Uses
performance improvement methodology and data analysis to assist
and guide staff in performance improvement efforts. Works collaboratively
with the PediPathways Team. Explore the employment opportunities

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the
State of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years healthcare quality management
experience, hospice experience preferred.
- Knowledgeable of regulations covering hospice.
- Excellent organizational abilities and ability
to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to investigate and analyze information
and to draw conclusions.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
and Power Point.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team
player.

RN CASE MANAGER
Provides direct care and case management and
apart of the interdisciplinary team of Agency clients in accordance
with the state Nurse Practice Act and Agency policy.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Professional
nursing BSN
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the
state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of two (2) year of Pediatric nursing
experience. Home care and Acute care experience needed
- Ability to deal tactfully with client and
the community
- Demonstrated organizational and time management
skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in
accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good
repair. Good driving record
